How a robot project runs with us
Looking to have industrial robots programmed? We are based in Dortmund. We are on site fastest in the Ruhr area and in North Rhine-Westphalia, and we run projects throughout Germany and internationally where required.
Enquiry and feasibility – You describe the workpiece, the cycle time and the existing plant technology. Before we quote, we calculate the business case with your actual quantities, not with sample figures.
Risk assessment and safety concept – Everything starts with the risk assessment to EN ISO 10218, plus ISO/TS 15066 for human-robot collaboration. Only then is it clear whether a fence is enough or a laser scanner is needed, and which performance level the safety function has to reach.
Programming and simulation – We program KUKA, ABB and FANUC in the manufacturer's own language: KRL, RAPID, TP. Where it pays off, offline with simulation beforehand. The cycle time is settled before the robot moves for the first time, and your production keeps running in the meantime.
Integration and commissioning on site – The link to the plant runs via a Siemens controller, safety functions via F-controllers including emergency stop to EN ISO 13850. Running-in and optimization happen at your site, with your real parts.
Handover and operation – After acceptance we remain your contact for maintenance, fault clearance and later extensions.
